F — Fatal: Diaphoresis, BP diff >20mmHg, altered LOC, SpO2 <90%
A — Assess: Onset time, bilateral BP, complete vitals, HEART score
I — Intervene: Bypass waiting room, ECG <10min, IV access, aspirin PRN
R — Repeat: Serial ECG q15-30min, repeat troponin at 2-3h, monitor for decompensation
