F — Fatal: 20-30% of falls in elderly caused by OH — a missed drop can mean a broken hip or head bleed
A — Assess: 5-1-3-20 protocol, symptoms at every measurement, high-risk meds, patient history
I — Intervene: Lower patient if SBP drop >40 or symptomatic, notify physician, never leave patient alone
R — Repeat: Measure at BOTH 1 and 3 minutes standing — up to 50% of cases missed with single measurement
