✅ Reality: Post-EVT target is 140-180 mmHg
Two RCTs (ENCHANTED2/MT, OPTIMAL-BP) stopped early because intensive control <140 after thrombectomy CAUSED HARM:
• Functional independence reduced by 19-44%
• Early neurological deterioration OR 1.53
Post-tPA only → 130-140. Post-EVT → 140-180. Know the difference.
