🧠 qSOFA ≥2: Initiate the Sepsis Bundle

1. Lactate — quantifies tissue hypoperfusion
2. Blood cultures — before antibiotics if possible
3. Broad-spectrum antibiotics — within 1 hour (non-negotiable)
4. IV crystalloid 30 mL/kg — if hypotensive

Don't wait for labs to START the bundle. Labs are PART of the bundle.
