🚨 Red Flag: Don't Dismiss Young Patients

"They're too young for a heart attack" — wrong.

Young adults CAN have ACS:
• Cocaine/stimulants → coronary vasospasm, even in 20s
• Coronary anomalies → congenital
• SCAD → affects young women, especially peripartum

Action: Ask about substance use. Complete cardiac workup regardless of age.
